Booking
Deposit
A Booking Deposit of �250 per week of the rental cost shall be sent with the
booking form to:
Louise O�Boyle, Ardtrasna, Ballinfull, County Sligo, Ireland.
Outstanding
Balance
The Balance outstanding to be paid on
arrival.
Occupation
The property will be available from 4:00pm on
the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. The
accommodation is only for the use of the group named on the booking form. The
number of persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed 8 (unless with
prior written consent of the owner).
Changeover
Day
Bookings are made Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival times 4:00pm Departure time final day before 10:00am.
Limits
of Liability
The owners will do their best to ensure that any booking made by them will be
to your satisfaction. Holidaymakers who accept the booking agree and
acknowledge that the owners shall not become liable or responsible for loss,
damage, or injury to property or persons in connection to the holiday
Prices
The prices are in euro per week.
Oil and electricity are metered and are payable on departure.
Damages
& Breakages
The holidaymaker is responsible for leaving
the property in a clean and tidy condition on termination of the holiday. They
are also liable for breakages or damages at the property which occur during the
period of their occupancy. Breakages to be notified immediately.
A deposit
of �100 is to be made on arrival to cover damages and/or breakages. It will be
returned when a full check of the property has taken place before departure.
Breakages and damages, declared or discovered must be paid before departure.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking you must
immediately notify us in writing. We will do our best to re-sell the
cancellation holiday and if successful we will refund the monies paid.
