Island View Riding Stable is a family run horse farm approximately 4km north of Grange on the main Sligo to Bundoran Road and approximately 8km from 8 Gables offering a variety of equestrian services from 30 minute lead rein treks to full day trail rides. Markree Riding Stables
Markree Riding Stables is located approximately 30 km from 8 Gables just outside the village of Collooney just off the main N4 Sligo to Dublin road. The stables are on the estate of Markree Castle which has been the home of the Copper family for the last 350 years.
The equestrian centre is family run and caters for all age groups and experience levels and all activities are supervised by qualified B.H.S.A.I instructors. Enjoy amazing views, beautiful scenery and wildlife while riding through Sligo’s forests, mountains and bridle paths.
